Italian Ricotta Cheese Cake
Serves: 1, Calories: 100, Fat: 4.8g
Ingredients: 2 eggs 3 cups of low fat ricotta cheese 40 ml of lemon juice zest of one orange zest of one lemon 1 cup of yoghurt cheese (or low fat ricotta) ? cup of sugar 2 tbs of flour 3 fresh mangos
Method:
Spread
bread crumbs over the base of the cake tin. Slice mango and put on
top of the bread crumbs. Blend all remaining ingredients together.
Pass through a sieve and pour into prepared tin. Cook in a water
bath@160 C for 40-45 minutes, or until just firm in the
centre.(Juicer/Blender)
Note: The cake will
firm as it cools.
