THAI FRESH FRUIT SALAD

Ingredients: 5 g Grape, halved lengthwise 10 g Green Mango, julienne 15 g Guava, diced 5 g Carrot, julienne 20 g Red Apple, diced with skin on 15 g Green Apple, diced with skin on 10 g String Bean, cut one-inched long and crushed 5 g Cherry Tomato, quartered 1? tsp Lemon juice 1? tsp Soy sauce 1 tsp Honey ? tsp Garlic, finely chopped 2 g Red and Green chilli, finely chopped 1 tsp Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice 3 Green Lettuce Leaves 5 g Blanched Roasted Almond, ground
Method:
1. To make salad dressing, mix together lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, chilli and orange juice in a bowl. 2. Add rose apple, grape, guava, red apple, green apple, string bean and cherry tomato in the dressing bowl. Mix well. 3. Add green mango and carrot in the bowl. Mix well. 4. Pour salad mixture over lettuce leaves on a plate. 5. Sprinkle with ground almond.
