Mosimann’s famous Academy will host chef Paisarn for one class only from 6-7.15 pm on 9th April so book your place well in advance. The showcase Gala Dinner at Mosimann’s Club on the same evening will take you on a gastronomic journey through Thai Spa Cuisine. Imagine pungent lemongrass and holy basil aromas and healthy dishes accompanied by delicious wines paired by Mosimann’s sommelier. Chiva-Som has ventured overseas on numerous occasions to provide its famous spa therapists at the Dubai International Racing Carnival and the Melbourne Cup.
