Our Gymnasium has state-of-the-art, high technology equipment that amounts to over 30 cardio and resistance machines; all coming together to make your exercise programme successful, be it for weight loss, toning or shaping.

Resistance Machines include: Technogym Personal Selection Chest Press, Low Row machine, Shoulder Press machine, Lat machine, Leg Curl machine, Leg Extension machine, Multi-Power machine, Freemotion Cable Cross machine, Freemotion Cable Single Column machines, Freemotion Cable Lift machine and Dumbbells (ranging from 4 to 22 kg).

By attending the group activities exercise is made more challenging, exciting and fun. Our Dance Studio programmes include various exercises such as Aerobic, Step Aerobic, Dancing, Abdominal, Buttocks and Thighs workout, Pilates, Mind & Body Conditioning.
Developed by Joseph Pilates, this form of exercise emphasises the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Also a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. With systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns, Pilates has proven itself invaluable not only as a fitness endeavor itself, but also as an important adjunct to professional sports training and physical rehabilitation of all kinds. Our fully equipped Studio includes machines such as Reformers, a Cadillac, Wall Units, Combo Chair and various accessories to enhance your Pilates experience and provide a challenge.

Tai Chi Pavilion
Designed in traditional Thai style and built close to the beach, this structure helps to make you absorb full natural energy as well as being relaxing and calm while doing activities such as Tai Chi, Sunrise Yoga, etc.
Outdoor Swimming Pool
Maintained with the environmentally friendly salt water chlorination system, our outdoor pool is 20 by 15 metres of pure luxury. Enjoy a swim or just relax on one of the many sun beds available. Our attentive pool staff will keep you refreshed with cold towels and water to make your experience complete.

The indoor pool is for exercise classes and recreational swimming. Water-based training is less stressful on the joints and safer for those people who want to exercise but are worried about impact on the body. The main indoor pool complex contains a temperature controlled 20-metre pool treated without conventional chlorine, a steam room, Jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, Kneipp foot passage and male and female changing rooms.
