Crab Meat with Green and Yellow Mango Salad
1. Combine the crab meat, shallots, spring onions and lemongrass in a mixing bowl, then set aside.
2. In another mixing bowl, whisk the yoghurt, passion fruit juice, lime juice, honey and some of the salt until the dressing reaches a good consistency.
Pour the dressing over the ingredients in the first mixing bowl, then toss well.
3. Cut the mango slice into 2 pieces and put on a serving plate, then put the crab salad at the centre and decorate with the mixed herbs. Pour over the black sesame before serving.
