Thai Fresh Fruit Salad

Method

  • To make salad dressing, mix together lemon juice, soy sauce, honey,
    garlic, chilli and orange juice in a bowl.
  • Add rose apple, grape, guava, red apple, green apple, string bean and cherry tomato in the dressing bowl. Mix well.
  • Add green mango and carrot in the bowl. Mix well.
  • Pour salad mixture over lettuce leaves on a plate.
  • Sprinkle with ground almond.

  • 2 g Red and Green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 Tsp Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 3 Green Lettuce Leaves
  • 5 g Blanched Roasted Almond, ground
