
Thai Fresh Fruit Salad
Method
- To make salad dressing, mix together lemon juice, soy sauce, honey,
garlic, chilli and orange juice in a bowl. - Add rose apple, grape, guava, red apple, green apple, string bean and cherry tomato in the dressing bowl. Mix well.
- Add green mango and carrot in the bowl. Mix well.
- Pour salad mixture over lettuce leaves on a plate.
- Sprinkle with ground almond.
