Hormone Yoga

Hormone Yoga is a holistic wellness approach that helps us to restore the natural balance of our hormones with gentle and restorative movements that match the natural rhythms of our body and mind. For a healthy individual, the hormones that regulate most bodily functions start to be out of balance after the age of 40 for men and 35 for women. A typical session will include dynamic warm-up movements, Chakra visualization, and Yoga Asanas that gently stimulate the endocrine system, as well as Yoga Nidra and Pranayama for re-balancing the nervous system and the free-flowing energy in the body and mind.

Totally natural and without side effects. Specific Hormone Yoga techniques are designed to improve metabolism, harmonize the nervous systems, improve spinal cord flexibility, tones the pelvic floor muscles, stimulates the brain and the reproductive organs. It increases the chances of fertility in younger men and women, as well as lessens the chances of osteoporosis, cardio-vascular diseases, diabetes, prostate swelling, vaginal prolapse, low sex drive and incontinence for mature adults.
