Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
o Cancellation or modification must be communicated 3 days (by 16.00hrs local hotel time) prior to arrival. Any cancellation or modifications after this time maybe subject to a charge of up to 100% of the total booking price.
o A cancellation charge of 100% of the total booking price will apply for no-shows. No refunds or credits will be given for bookings that are shortened 3 days (after 16.00hrs local hotel time) prior to, upon, or after arrival.
Resort Etiquette The whole Discovery experience in Zulal is designed for those seeking a path of reset and reflection. We therefore encourage you to leave all your electronic devices such as mobile phones, cameras, e-books, iPad in your room and enjoy the calm and private spaces of Zulal Discovery throughout your journey. We are a non-smoking resort, and we request you not to smoke in the public areas and your room. Smoking may only be allowed in designated outdoor areas. You may request staff assistance to guide you to the location. For your own safety and the safety of other guests please do not light Bukhoor or any other incense burners inside the guest rooms. Zulal Wellness Resort only serves a wide variety of healthy juices and mocktails . Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the resort. To stay true to your health and wellness journey, we encourage you to choose from our fine selection of dining outlets and healthy menu. Sports attire and shoes are required for use of the gymnasium. While using the swim area, we request you to wear appropriate swimwear to be mindful and respectful of our local culture. Our health and wellness centre consists of highly trained therapists, and as per the State guidelines, we practice same-gender therapists for each of our guests. |
Rate Information Room rates are quoted per room per night For Corporate bookings, a valid company ID is required upon check-in to avail the corporate rate. Otherwise published rates will be applied. |
Transfer Arrangement For your convenience, we offer a wide range of luxurious airport transfers. We request for a prior reservation and complete flight details at least 48 hrs in advance. Please note you will be charged in full for the airport transfers at the time of reservation. Kindly note that any amendment or cancellation must be done 24 hours prior to the flight time, any changes after the mentioned time will incur a 100% charge. |
Check-in/Out Policy Please note our check-in time is at 14:00 hrs and check-out is at 12:00 hrs. Early check-in and check-out is subject to the availability of the rooms. Please provide your original valid ID or passport upon arrival. |
Terms And Conditions Child Policy 1 child under the age of 4 can share the room with parents without an extra cost when booked under Discovery Reconnect Retreat, supplementary charges per night will be applicable for booking Zulal Nurture Kinder Retreat.For additional children at any age, an additional room will be required and supplementary charges per child per night will be applicable.Please note, complimentary stay for children below the age of 4 years is not applicable for Family rooms in Family Deluxe Room & Family Junior Suite category. Supplementary charges per night per child will be applicable.We have a range of edutainment activities to choose from for the entire family. However, we do not provide babysitting services, and children below the age of 4 should be accompanied by parents or a guardian at all times. Deposit Policy A deposit equal to 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. Unless credit has been established with the Resort, full pre-payment is needed for each room by 14 days prior to arrival. In the event that payment is not received in advance, within the delay mentioned above, then the Resort reserves the right to release the room. Should the guest arrive and check in to the Resort, and in the event of availability the Resort reserves the right to charge the guest the Best Available Rate at the time of the check in. |
