Activities
Enjoy our complimentary group activities that run from 7 AM to 8 PM. The daily timetable includes a variety of physical activities, both indoor classes and outdoor adventures that bring you close to nature. We also have talks, walks, craft and cooking classes, where you’ll get inspiration for your at-home menu. All activities are optional, you chose what you’d like to do.

Retreats and Reconnect
Our unique two or five-day Discovery retreats are designed around every family member, focusing on experiences that bring you together to share, create and learn: a bonding connection to take back into your daily life. All retreats stress the importance of healthy eating from a young age. They blend experiences in Oasis of Discovery, our Family Wellness centre, plus joint and separate adult and child treatments and activities, so each family member has ‘me-time’. Retreats start with a Family Consultation to make schedules to suit everyone.
Treatments
We offer adult or child-focused versions for many of our treatments, such as stress-relieving Reiki, Cranial Sacral work, meditation styles and facials. You can enjoy others together, such as our mother-daughter beauty treatments. We have more than 200 treatments ranging from TAIM mind-body and herbal-based therapies, as well innovative technologies and holistic approaches to release tension, re-energise and re-balance for all the family.
Activities
Activities are divided into those that foster family connection in sports, creativity and nutrition and those that are age appropriate for each family member. Activities are both active and introspective and subtly encourage personal awareness. For example, Discovery Oasis, our Family Wellness centre, is themed round desert animals, such as the smart fox and far-seeing falcon, as metaphors for life-building skills.

The Zulal dining experience defines what it means to eat well for all ages, Our chefs blend taste with nutritional value to boost energy and cater for all dietary requirements, including some Islamic culinary superfoods. These are our most spacious suites, ideal for two people, with separate bathroom and dressing area and own living and dining space decorated in natural textures and clean lines. The wide terrace is kept private from view thanks to the resort’s soft landscaping.
Qataf Suite
Our exclusive Qatar Suite with three bedrooms is a home-from-home residence with living and dining area and double doors opening onto your own garden with beach access, an infinity swimming pool, plunge pool and a wide view of the ocean from your expansive terrace. There’s also a hydrotherapy suite with a steam bath and sauna.
Shinan Suite
This very secluded Shinan Suite has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and separate dressing areas. The living and dining areas are decorated with cream textures and clean lines for added tranquility. This suite also offers its own sauna and swimming pool under a verandah, hidden from view.
Serenity Junior Suite
We have 11 junior suites with terraces and private plunge pools and views through the trees over the Arabian Gulf. Each suite has a comfortable living area with sofa and table for in-room dining, separate dressing area and walk-in wardrobe. The palette of soft, muted shades adds to the cool airy atmosphere.
Serenity Grand Deluxe Room
These very spacious rooms open out onto a private terrace with your own plunge pool. They all look over the lagoon and are situated in a tranquil area away from the main hub of the resort. The decor is calm, clean, and contemporary with artistic motifs that nod to our Arabian culture.
Discovery Family Deluxe Room
This choice for families combines two our of deluxe rooms with views over the resort’s lagoon. One room offers a king sized bed while the other has two twin beds. The rooms, which each have their own outdoor space, are joined by a connecting door.
