Kamlesh is passionate about sharing his belief that Yoga is a ‘way of life’ and is suitable for everyone, supporting wellness on a physical, mental and emotional level.
His teaching involves Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama (yogic breath work) and Meditation, both one-to-one and in group classes.
Kamlesh has been practicing yoga since he was a small boy growing up in the Himalayas of India, before gaining his Bachelor of Arts degree, followed by certification from the International Vishnu Guru Meditation Institute in Rishikesh and a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga and Health Education from Singhania University in Rajasthan.
Since 2006 Kamlesh has taught Yoga to all age groups and nationalities, at Ashrams and for corporations in India, the Middle East and Asia.
He says, “Yoga is the perfect tool for harmonising body and mind and working on the subtle layers of emotions. Nothing gives me more pleasure than spreading the knowledge of yoga as far as I can.”
