We have a rolling timetable of daily activities to support your retreat goals. Nothing is mandatory, you choose what appeals to you.
You can design your own programme or join group classes in fitness, leisure and spiritual activities from aerobic movement to sound bath experiences and low impact classes in our pools. Thanks to our coastal locations you can enjoy exercising on the beach and get involved with our mangrove preservation projects.
You can also engage in community sessions such as cooking, gardening, creating and craft. We offer these in our belief that when we gather with others to learn new skills and share we boost our mental and emotional wellbeing in a beautiful way.
Join our complimentary activities throughout your day, as and when you feel inspired. The timetable of 12 daily classes, include sessions spent indoors, outdoors, in the pool or on the beach. We gain a lot from coming together with others to move, share and learn. Many activities are based in movement such as aqua, tai chi, stretching or yoga. Others explore more creative arts. traditional Thai crafts or herbal preparations.

Enjoy our complimentary group activities that run from 7 am to 8pm. The daily timetable includes a variety of physical activities, both indoor classes and outdoor adventures that bring you close to nature. We also have talks, walks, craft and cooking classes, where you’ll get inspiration for your at-home menu. All activities are optional, you chose what you’d like to do.
