Chiva-Som Hua Hin and Bo.lan come together for two exceptional dining experiences rooted in the principles of Traditional Thai Medicine.

Guided by the philosophy that food is medicine, the collaboration unites Chef Sinchai Srivipa, Executive Chef of Chiva-Som Hua Hin, with Michelin-starred chefs Duangporn “Bo” Songvisava and Dylan Jones of Bo.lan – widely recognised for their commitment to authentic Thai culinary heritage, seasonal ingredients and conscious gastronomy.

The centrepiece is the Four Elements (Dhatu) –  Fire, Wind, Water and Earth, the ancient TTM framework that underpins Chiva-Som Hua Hin’s 2026 wellness year. Each experience translates these elemental principles into dishes crafted from Thai herbs, seasonal produce and traditional cooking wisdom.
