Our extensive range of fitness equipment includes the latest cardio-training machines: treadmills, elliptical machines, powermills, skill mills, recumbent and upright bikes and rowing machines. Equipment for resistance training includes free weights, the Smith Machine, adjustable pulleys, balls, balancers and bands for stretching.

Gymnasium

Our state-of-the-art gym equipment makes your fitness sessions effective and fun. The cardio section has the full complement of machines, inbuilt with the latest technology, while the strength zone focuses on functional training, with weights and props that help build your bone and muscle tone, vital for longevity.

Dance Studio

Our Dance Studio is one of our zones dedicated to group activities for building endurance, strength, flexibility and muscle tone. This elegant space is lined with mirrors so that you can keep an eye on your posture and rhythm, and an Activmotive training tool to help you monitor your workouts in real time.

Pilates Studio

Pilates fosters a balanced body by concentrating on core strength and flexibility through graceful movement and a mindful focus. Our studio houses the full complement of Pilates equipment: reformers, cadillacs, combo chairs, ladder barrels and the smaller accessories for the more subtle micro movements of the Pilates method.

Re-Functional Studio

Our re-functional studio is designed to merge fitness and physiotherapy training to improve overall health and fitness. We instruct you in the latest methodologies alongside traditional exercise techniques, with the aim of giving you optimal results from a well-rounded training programme.

Yoga and Tai Chi Pavilions

Our open seaside pavilion is a beautiful space for morning classes of Tai Chi and Qi Gong thanks to gentle sea breezes and the soft sunrise light. We also have an open-sided pavilion for yoga, stretching and meditation sessions, which is the ideal space for these mindful forms of exercise and relaxation.

Watsu™ Pool

Watsu ™ is an immersive treatment in our specially heated pool, where your body releases while you drift in and out of consciousness in the arms of our specially trained therapist. With no gravitational pull in the warm water, your therapist, who holds you while you float, can gently release your muscles and stretch your limbs to enhance mobility.

Spa Arrival Time

Try to arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that you can enjoy our wet-heat facilities and wind down in our relaxation area. These moments will prepare your body and mind to reap maximum benefit from your treatment.

Pre – Spa Relaxation

When you arrive, we’ll give you a locker and spa robe and slippers. We’ll take you to the water therapy area so you can prepare mentally and physically for your treatment, in the sauna, steam room, plunge pool and Jacuzzi. You can also unwind on our heated waterbed or relaxation loungers with some lemongrass tea.

Wet-heat Facilities

Dilation and constriction of blood vessels is an effective way to detoxify and relax muscles – perfect preparation for any therapy. We encourage a sequence that starts with the dry heat of the infrared sauna to warm muscles, followed by the wet heat of the steam room to open pores and your respiratory system, ending with a dip in the cold plunge pool, for an overall boost to your circulatory system. Outdoor Massage

If you’d like to experience your treatment with warm breezes, bird song and the sound of nature, we have three quiet outdoor salas for oil and Thai massage appointments.
